Entrants must retain their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase (“Proof of Purchase”). Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and Qualifying Purchase), and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter may verify any Proof of Purchase directly with the relevant Participating Retailer. An entry may be invalidated if the related Proof of Purchase or Qualifying Purchase is altered, duplicated, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded or otherwise invalid. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.
Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, corrupted or otherwise non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Every valid entry will be individually judged on the originality, creativity, relevance to the promotional question and overall quality of the answer provided. Judging will take place within five business days after the end of the Promotional Period.
The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry is invalid, an entrant is ineligible or a prize is forfeited.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The two (2) best valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win one AUD $10,000 cash prize. The total prize pool value is AUD $20,000.
Prize will be awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in their name. Winner is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
The winners will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) business days of judging. A provisional winner will only be confirmed as a winner after completing all verification requirements to the Promoter’s satisfaction.
Each provisional winner must respond to the winner notification and provide any reasonably requested information, including Proof of Purchase, proof of identity, contact details and prize-fulfilment information, within seven (7) days of notification.
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. a) Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings and images (“Content”).
